Introduction
If you buy from a book distributor such as Amazon, Kobo, etc., or a local bookstore (either electronic or physical copies) please refer to their instructions. Their terms of service and return policies will apply as I have no control over their processes.
The following questions relate only to books purchased directly from me using the “buy” buttons on my store pages.
How will my eBooks and audiobooks be delivered?
Your eBooks and audiobooks will be delivered immediately. You will receive an email from BookFunnel sent to the email address you used at checkout. If the email hasn’t arrived in 5 minutes, look for it in your Spam folder or if you have Gmail, look in your Promotions Tab.
Your email from BookFunnel will have instructions on how to download your book onto your ereader or mobile device. If you have any issues, check out BookFunnel’s extensive help page, or contact customer support at any time. The BookFunnel staff will be happy to assist you.

How will my physical books be delivered?
Your paperback or hardback will be printed on demand (POD) and delivered by BookVault. You will receive information from them at the time of purchase regarding details of the sale.
How are preorders handled?
I am not currently offering pre-orders. I will update this policy in the future as needed.
Are refunds offered?
No.
When a refund is requested for a digital product, there is no way for the customer to truly return the purchased item. It remains in their possession indefinitely. Since they are delivered instantly to your email, our automated software does not allow refunds on electronic products.
Because each paperback, hardcover book, or merchandise item is printed exclusively for you when you place your order, we can not refund your order unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
What if my items haven't arrived?
If it is a physical book, see the instructions provided by BookVault, the service mentioned above who prints and ships your book.
If it is merchandise, these are processed by Shopify. Please contact them using the information provided at time of purchase for any questions about undelivered merchandise.
What if my item is damaged?
If there is a defect in the item, contact BookVault or Shopify, as noted above.
